Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected changes can occur, especially for families with children who have special needs. To provide clarity and maintain the quality of our camp programming, the following cancellation policy applies:
Full refund (minus processing fee)
Deadline: Cancel 30 or more days before the first day of camp. Fee: A $25 administrative fee will be deducte.
Partial Refund
Deadline: Cancel 15-29 days before the first day of camp. Refund: 50% of the tuition will be refunded.
No Refund
Less than 14 days before camp starts, or once the camp session has begun, no refunds will be issued, except in qualifying emergencies (see below) Medical/Emergency Exceptions
If a child is unable to attend due to a documented medical reason or family emergency, please contact us with supporting documentation. We may offer: A credit toward a future session (valid for 12 months), or A partial refund at our discretion. Camp Cancellation
If the camp is cancelled due to weather, facility issues, or public health concerns, a full refund or credit will be issued. Waitlist and Transfer Policy
Families may transfer to a different session (if available) up to 14 days in advance at no charge.
If we are able to fill your spot from the waitlist after a late cancellation, we will offer a full refund minus the $25 fee.
